Preschool and Toddler Teacher
Sarah Czlapinski graduated with honors from Washington State University in 2012 with a bachelor degree in Human Development. Upon graduating, she worked with children of various ages and special needs and also as a caregiver. Sarah is knowledgeable in areas of child development, parenting techniques, and community resources. She aspires to support FALLS families in raising physically, psychologically, and emotionally healthy children. After three years as part of our community she was brought on as parent educator. Now, after her first year as parent educator, she will continue to fill this role as well as teaching our children and becoming the core of our community.
Originally from California, Sarah moved to Washington in 2000. She is married and has four children. Her interests include spending time with her family, creativity in the kitchen, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
Abbie Parris received her Masters of Science from the University of Washington in Speech Pathology. She has been working as a speech therapist in a pediatric outpatient clinic in the Bothell area since 2010. Her work has allowed her to collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, psychologists, physicians, developmental opthamologists, vision therapists, and feeding specialists. She particularly enjoys working with children from birth-5 years. She is a strong advocate for parents’ rights and firmly believes in finding educational opportunities that are best suited to a child’s learning style and personality. She is relatively new to FALLS as of 2017, but enjoys the educational model used, as it is set up so that any child can flourish here.
Abbie is a Pacific Northwest native, who grew up near Edmonds and eventually moved to Everett with her husband and three adorable children. She enjoys DIY activities and experiencing everyday activities through the eyes of her kids.
